Enrolling your student

The online enrollment process is simple and takes just about 30 minutes. If, for some reason, you can’t complete the process in one sitting, you can log off and return to finish enrolling your student at a later time; you have 72 hours to go back in and finish enrolling your student.

The enrollment process includes completing the following screens:

• Site selection

• Student information

• Program selection

• Schedule

• Tuitions

• Additional Sponsor

• Emergency contact

• Health information

• Certifications

• Contract terms

• Other terms

Be sure to use the Next and Previous buttons on the bottom of the screen to move back to a previous screen or forward to the next screen during the enrollment process. If you use your browser's back button, you will be returned to the first screen of the enrollment. If this happens, click My Account to return to the home page, and click the Draft link in the Status column of the Enrollment section to return to where you left off.

To enroll your student:

1. Click Enroll Now.

2. Select one of the following:

• New enrollment - select this option to enroll a new student

• Re-enrollment - select this option to re-enroll a student to a new or existing program

• Add program - select this option to add another program to your student's schedule

3. Complete each screen in the enrollment process; if you have questions, click the Help button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
